<Morally Grey> is recruiting! We are a progression raiding/M+ guild that welcomes focused raiders as we take on the game together. We also welcome players interested in M+, and are cross-realm and cross-faction friendly.We want to foster a fun but focused and driven environment while progressing through content as
a tight-knit team. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly group.Current Recruiting Needs:
We currently have a few DPS openings, with a high need for a Windwalker Monk and ranged DPS.

About Us

Formed shortly before the release of Warlords of Draenor, we are a progression raiding/M+ guild comprised of raiders that have been raiding together for several years, and some of us much longer than that! We aim to cultivate a focused, relaxed raiding environment while aiming for AOTC during each tier. We want to progress through content while also being a part of a fun, tight-knit team and creating lasting friendships that span the boundaries of just one game. We are an LGBTQ+ friendly group.You do not need to join Morally Grey to raid with us, (even though we'd like that) but you must abide by our rules and join our Discord! Just want to do Mythic+ dungeons with us? That’s fine, too! Though we are not an RP guild, we welcome RPers as many of us are roleplayers.While we are mostly focused on Heroic raiding/AOTC and pushing Mythic+ keys, we enjoy all types of content or just hanging out together both in and out of the game.We are a cross-server, cross-faction friendly group.

What We're Looking For >>

We’re looking for raiders who are great at their class and not standing in fire. We strive to be a fun environment, but one that promotes playing the game and your class well.Pull your own weight. Be willing to take constructive criticism and advice. Be geared, gemmed, enchanted etc. Be willing to watch or read boss guides, study up on your class/spec, and commit the time and energy to playing well and improving. Have a positive, progressive attitude.

Rules

Guild & Raid Rules >>

1. Be decent and treat one another with respect and be a team player. No name calling, harassment, rumor-mongering, slurs, etc. This raid is a safe space for people of all ethnicities, genders, sexualities, religions, etc. We are LGBTQ+ friendly and will not tolerate bigotry of any kind.2. Pull your own weight. We are here to have fun, but play hard. While we’re not raiding 7-days a week, that doesn’t mean we are flippant about performance or progression. Have a good raid ethic and maximize your character to the fullest. This includes enchanting, eating food, reading up on bosses, etc.3. Be open to advice and constructive criticism. If you're having issues or underperforming, we will talk to you about it and likely give you some pointers based on data from our raid logs. If you are having issues on a fight, (DPS, deaths, etc.) you may be asked to step out.4. ADDONS: Deadly Boss Mods/Bigwigs required, as well as Recount/Skada (or another damage meter) and Method Raid Tools. Occasionally we may also require other boss-specific addons like IskarAssist or boss-specific WeakAuras.5. Joining our Discord is required. Besides using it for our voice chat, we also use it as a community and place to hang out! You don't have to talk, but if you can, it's preferred because of call-outs and interrupts.6. Communicate! Please be ready for the raid shortly before raid time. If you can’t make it, please let someone know in advance. If you have an issue with something that has happened or with a person in the guild/raid, talk about it to an officer in private. We won't hesitate to talk to people or, if needed, remove them from the group.7. These rules are always subject to change or grow.
